Our prices on most occasions can be expected to be more reasonable than the prices charged by service centers of brand names charge whereas there is no compromise on service quality. Our pricing structure is simple and we would like to share how it works with you.
Visit Charges
We charge you a basic amount for the first visit to your location. This charge has to be paid once the technician visits you whether or not you decide to go ahead with repairs from us. This is a fixed price at INR 1500.
Cost of replacement parts
This charge varies based on the cost of the damaged / malfunctioning part to be replaced.
Labour Charge
This is decided by the technician based on how much effort and time the service / repair job requires. If there are more than one product to be serviced then labour charges are separate for each
When you register a complaint with us, we schedule a visit from our technician to your home. Once he reaches your home you are liable to pay him his visit charge. He then inspects the product and gives you an idea or estimate about the Labour cost and Replacement part cost involved. You can then choose either to go ahead with the service or choose not to avail services, in which case you only pay the visit charges.
